The software is REAL easy to use and implement, and the support is good. If you have any problems or confusion about the service, you can ask for support, and they are willing to solve the problem with efficiency. Every store needs an upsell/cross sell app to show visitors more of your products, which increases AOV! This is my favorite upsell app, and the support is super helpful and fast!
