I just installed the app. So far everything looks nice. Customer support is quite good.
What I specifically find good is that you have the chance to add custom css and therefore a lot better control on design of the popup to match it with brand.
This is an awsome app with a very quick and good support. It's customizable and eficient! As for the support, Esther is a problem solver :)
