Seemed straightforward so we signed up for the $100/mo plan for Shopify Pro. Discovered some bugs when trying to set up our first campaign, and none of the Live Support/Chat links in Shopify do anything. So, that's disappointing.

We understand how frustrating it can be to run into issues while setting up your first campaign. Our support team is available 24/7, but it looks like the live chat widget may not have appeared due to the browser settings. If data tracking or cookies are blocked, the chatbox might not load properly. You might want to check if any browser extensions (such as ad blockers or privacy tools) are preventing it from displaying.
Regarding the reported bug, we’d love to investigate and resolve it for you. However, as the app is currently disabled, we’re unable to check the root cause. If you're open to it, could you enable the app again? Our team is ready to look into this as a priority.

Be careful - the app will randomly activate old campaigns without your knowledge. we had some unhappy customers after finding out they aren't receiving free gifts because the offer was not supposed to be active.
