Susan has helped me out tremendously, and is always quick to respond to all of my questions. They are also available for assistance 24/7 which is a huge help. Definitely one of the better apps we've used and can't say enough good things about their customer service!

My favorite thing about this company is their support is somehow always available. Anytime you can message them and have a person reply which has been huge. They also are really great about helping with setups or trying to help out with new functionality in a way i havent experienced with other companies so i try to stay in their app ecosystem for that. Dana's done a great job helping me navigate between their apps and my site
