Great app, easy to use and packed with useful features. I had a small issue, and Susan resolved it incredibly quickly. Fast and reliable support makes a huge difference when you’re running an online store.
Reached out and spoke with Susan with Customer Support to request a way to extend the time the Congrats Bar popup with a BXGY campaign, as it pops up and disappears so fast you cannot read the text. Susan was very helpful and extended the length of the popup! It would be great to consider this as a possible editing option for future updates! Thanks and love the app!
We’ve tried quite a few apps with similar features before, but honestly, AOV is the first one that truly feels like the right fit for our store.
Before discovering AOV, we had used several other apps that offered similar functionality. Unfortunately, none of them were able to fully meet our needs. The biggest issue wasn’t always the functionality itself, but the lack of support when we needed help.
