    Just sitting there...can't "open trust file" can't interact with the app, can't get any meaningful help from Support. Worthless so far except stealing time and not performing.

    WARNING: THIS APP DOES NOT HANDLE CUSTOMER RETURNS. If a customer returns a product in your Shopify store, Avalara will not calculate the credit for the sales tax previously collected. Avalara says this is intentional and not something they bother calculating, which means Avalara is deliberately collecting and filing incorrect returns for you if you use this Shopify integration. This means you will NOT be in compliance with ANY states you have to file sales tax in. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

    The worst customer service you will find, anywhere. Save yourself the headache and look for a different solution BEFORE you start with Avalara. I wish I had done that myself.
