The app is not user-friendly. There needs to be a way to filter products by category and not only by vendor. Searching can be a hassle. There are too many clicks required to even get a search bar to come up.

It would also be nice if there was an easier way to sync products. Right now you have to sift through ALL of the vendors/listings to find what you're looking for, add the products you want to a sync list/cart then go to the cart to sync the products.

I like a lot of their products and love the product photos and would use the app more often if there was an easier way to search and filter products. It would also be nice if there was a color variant added or if the color was at least mentioned in the product listing.

I would liken this app to an unbendable wood board, as it appears to lack the flexibility and accessibility I expected. Regrettably, there is a shortage of readily available information and guidance on how to navigate its features. I believe that reaching out to their support might provide the assistance needed, but ideally, apps should offer an intuitive user experience with an abundance of resources and directions. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case here.

The Q & A section is quite basic, and the available questions and answers are limited, lacking the depth and helpfulness one would hope for. Although there are vendor options available through a dropdown list, they also appear to be basic and limited in scope.

It would greatly enhance the user experience if we could search for products by categories. In fact, it's surprising that there isn't even an option to perform a search. For instance, if I wanted to browse through all the tops or blouses, there's no convenient way to do so. Instead, one must sift through vendors one by one, making the process akin to rummaging through a bin. This is not in line with the high expectations set by the app's advertising.

I kindly request that this vendor refrain from contacting me after reading this review. I would be more open to communication once the app has been updated and made more user-friendly.
