It’s also very flexible and works well across different store setups. For us, operating across Europe, that’s been important and it hasn’t caused any issues.

Concernant le back-office, la distinction entre visiteurs uniques et trafic total permet d’analyser plus finement la conversion. Les tableaux de bord ont été conçus pour simplifier l’analyse et faciliter la mise en place de plans d’action.

Enfin, la communication est très fluide et Vincent est très réactif à nos moindre interrogation.
