I ended up uninstalling this app, just due to the constant frustration of the "support" team informing that an issue was resolved, that actually wasn't; and they dragged it on for 3 DAYS!!
I've been VERY understanding and patient and I don't feel VALUED as a customer from the support team.
There are so many more apps with so many features, even included in Free plans, that I could use and that's exactly what I'll do!
The support team didn't make me feel "supported" as a customer. The issues that this app was reflecting on my LIVE site has caused so much confusion with my customers and IM SO OVER IT!!
This app has wasted my time entirely!! UGHHHH!!!!

THIS APP CHANGES AND REDESIGNS YOUR ENTIRE WEBSITE!!! It changes CSS style colors and adds fields that have the default Shopify text in them. It does it WITHOUT WARNING!! You have to have a paid plan to modify it. It changed my entire site and thankfully disappeared when I uninstalled it.

It says unlimited products in free but its capped at 100.

Our app allows you to create unlimited options for your products without any restrictions on the number of products you can apply these options to. However, for the special customization feature related to Shopify’s native options, the free plan does limit this customization to 100 products.
It appears there may have been a misunderstanding, especially since our records show that the app was installed in your store for only a brief period of *one minute*. We believe this might not have allowed enough time to explore the app’s full functionality and the details of our pricing plans.

App just randomly stopped working - it's enabled but can't be accessed via the admin. Real shame as this app had great potential and you can setup with ease.

The Customer Service is NOT always available. They say 8am-6pm for live chat, but that is definitely not for any US time zones. Email help takes time, so when you have an issue with your store, the live customer support is not available and you have to stay up into the night to get a live person to help you. On 5/25/23 they upgraded a feature and it does not work at all. Again, no customer support to help, so I have to disable items from my store and stay up late so I can get this fixed. I know it's free, but you get what you pay for.
