I have been using this app for 2 years now. Had some issues in the beginning but bugs are always fixed quickly. Great functionality too
This app is so much better than others offering "build options" I've tried.
When I needed to upgrade Anne was super helpful, handled the upgrade on her end and easy instructions of how to complete it on my end.
Everything was done, complete and ready in less than 10 minutes.
A lot of work to setup it to discover that when you change the color in the app, the pictures doesn't change the color too. Besides, it creates a mess in your Packing slip.

A quick clarification on what you’re seeing:
- The color/image change feature in Avis is designed for the front-end product page experience (what shoppers see while selecting options).
- After checkout, Shopify will always use the original Shopify variant image for Shopify Admin order view and packing slips. That’s Shopify’s default behavior, and right now there isn’t a way to replace those post-checkout images with option images.
That said, the selected option values are still saved correctly on the order — only the image shown in Admin/packing slip remains the variant’s default.

Amazing app, the support is next level, I recently had some issues with prices updating with additional charges since I started using a third-party landing page builder for my product pages but Vivian and Dzung sorted out the issues for me in around 5-10 minutes, insane Value, great team to work with. One of the best experiences dealing with customer support team. Anne from Avis was wonderful. I was having issues with the edits and changes i was making on Avis app and having them reflect on my shopify website. Everytime i would load the website my layers i had would jump out of place and not properly load. Anne notified the Developers and within a few hours the issue was fixed. Anne, thank you for being patient with me and working through the issues I had with me. And to the Developers, thank you for fixing it so quickly. It actually means alot that a support team actually cares.
The team at Avis Product Options has been so incredibly helpful in customising the product options needed for our store. Their service has been so quick, and they were able to make custom changes to suit our exact needs. After trying many other apps who weren't able to help us, I can't recommend Avis highly enough!!
This app is really helpful to add customizable options on your products.
Besides, the support team is really available and efficient, I had the chance to be helped by Claire and their dev Henry to find technical solutions about some specific integrations to our Shopify theme.
Support is fantastic. No complaints there, they are quick to fix any issues that pop up.
My only issue is why does this application to seem to break fairly regularly?
