Support is very responsive and helpful. The apps seems pretty solid and a lot of guides on the support site to follow. Pretty happy so far.

Great App, easy to use & plenty of options! Good support help but frustrating to have to wait for Add charge to be added. All in all really good app!

The Customer Service is NOT always available. They say 8am-6pm for live chat, but that is definitely not for any US time zones. Email help takes time, so when you have an issue with your store, the live customer support is not available and you have to stay up into the night to get a live person to help you. On 5/25/23 they upgraded a feature and it does not work at all. Again, no customer support to help, so I have to disable items from my store and stay up late so I can get this fixed. I know it's free, but you get what you pay for.

This app is really impressive! I was looking for an app that allows me to do a simple price add-on option to my products. Support was immediate, with Artemis replying almost instantly and helping me activate one of the features in just less than 5 minutes. Thanks ARtemis!

De app werkt goed en kent functionaliteiten die andere apps niet hebben. Als ik een aanpassing wens in het product dan is support altijd bereikbaar en antwoord zeer snel met een oplossing, of de aanpassing wordt gemaakt!
