I've only just started using this app, but so far so good! I was able to add all the customizations I needed to and the customer service rep I spoke with (Emily) was very helpful in figuring out some small details! Right now, I'm on the free plan but if sales justify it, will absolutely upgrade.

I just needed an option for making a personalized product on my Store, I ask on the chat and Emily answerd really fast and with in a couple of seconds after I telled her my problem she made every things fast and easy for me, I'm really thankfull for her help, and I'd recommend this app fo sure

Luffa was fabulous. I didn't realize that there would be a watermark on my site until after I got everything set up. I contacted support and within minutes Luffa had it removed and all fixed up!
