So far, this app is great. I've only been using it for a couple of hours but the reason why I'm giving it 5 stars already is because of customer service! I was helped by Ms. Lucy. Having worked in customer service, I have high standards of how a customer should be treated, and she went above and beyond. Very kind, professional and she knew what she was talking about.
