We have tried many apps for product options. To date, the best used. Always charge the correct amount in the cart, alert if the selected option is sold out, efficient customer service. Jayden and Lucy helped us a lot with many specific requests. Compliments

The support has been great I, I have had multiple questions over the last couple days and both Lucy today and Aylin the previous day. Got me through the technical challenges I was having, getting items to not show in my Store front as well from Google searches. Being new to all of this the support has been greatly appreciated.

There are a few niggles I have with it but overall it's a great app, that integrates with our theme flawlessly. It's probably has one of the best support teams I have used with an app, Lucy is so helpful and lovely, nothing is too much. Highly recommend this app by the Avis team!

Hey Lucy, I wanted to give you a quick update on the Shopify app I’ve been using. It’s been a total game-changer! With all the options I have to choose from, I was worried it might crash, but it’s been working flawlessly. I’ve tried a bunch of other apps, but this one is the clear winner. Thanks a million for your help, Lucy. You’ve been an absolute rockstar, and I really appreciate it. No worries about the site, though. There’s always something to work on, no matter what app we use. Signed up for the Pro Plan and was immediately contacted by Aylin from AVIS Product Options just to welcome me onboard and ask if I needed any help. She gladly removed the watermark which requires you contact support, so that was extremely convenient, then I was having issues finding the Advanced Features and Conditional Logic for the options... turns out it was operator error I was simply not selecting an option or choosing Add Option which is WHEN the Conditional Logic features appear.
Aylin was extremely patient and looked into the issue, while the whole time it was just me not being familiar with their navigation.
