I recently made the switch to this app and the instantly fell in love with it. The app integrated so well with my custom theme. There were a couple items I needed help with, but Emily and Chloe were fantastic in helping me get these items resolved quickly. Would highly recommend this app for what it offers and their customer service.

I ended up uninstalling this app, just due to the constant frustration of the "support" team informing that an issue was resolved, that actually wasn't; and they dragged it on for 3 DAYS!!

I've been VERY understanding and patient and I don't feel VALUED as a customer from the support team.

There are so many more apps with so many features, even included in Free plans, that I could use and that's exactly what I'll do!

The support team didn't make me feel "supported" as a customer. The issues that this app was reflecting on my LIVE site has caused so much confusion with my customers and IM SO OVER IT!!

This app has wasted my time entirely!! UGHHHH!!!!

The "Add Charge" feature for additional variants doesn't always work. Depending on how the customer chooses to check out (via the cart, other payment methods, etc.) it will or will not work. It also randomly charges shipping on digital products. I've reached out to support and they say they can not control that. I've lost hundreds of dollars having to honor products that were never paid for but included on receipts. I'll have to find a different way to let clients add optional files.

We've been using this app for a while now and it offers unique and great features with a simple setup!
Best of all the excellent customer service (with Emily assisting) and the engineering team. When we encountered application errors, they provided efficient and fast service to resolve them!

This app is a lifesaver! I used to spend days manually setting up product variations one by one, which was incredibly time-consuming. This app is incredibly well-organized and user-friendly. Using the app's rules, I was able to set up variations for all my products in just one day!

But the best part? The customer support is phenomenal. I had a question and was able to reach a real human expert within 2 minutes! They not only solved my problem quickly, but even offered to customize the app to better fit my website's needs. Seriously, the best customer support I've ever experienced with a Shopify app.

Overall:
Highly recommend this app to anyone who sells products with variations on Shopify. It will save you tons of time and frustration, and the customer support is outstanding. Five stars all around!

We encountered an issue with the order where the app failed to display the customer's selected option. This required us to individually contact each customer. Initially, the app performed well and we implemented numerous options across our site. However, we started receiving bot orders on avis options. We seeked out their support back and forth, and we continued to receive bot orders. We appreciated their quick responses, however, towards the end, the responses we received regarding the bot issues were quite vague. So we had to find and switch to another app and recreate all option sets to replace all avis options we ever created. As we came to realize that this was what we could do ourselves. It was quite exhausting... as we had created so many avis options by the time. So unfortunately, it ended up sadly for us.
