Je suis vraiment impressionné par la qualité du service client, qui est tout simplement exceptionnel ! Super awesome app! I've tried a number of paid apps for product options and Avis Options Variants blows them out of the water. Hands down!! The app is super fast -- product pages load just as fast, with no impact on performance when adding products to the cart (unlike other apps :). Options' settings are feature rich and are really intuitive to configure. Integrating the look and feel of custom product options with the existing store design was a breeze. The app also works seamlessly with Shopify's variants.

The support team is superb! Judy was able to answer all of my questions promptly, even on a weekend. And, was also very helpful in configuring design and extra charges settings for the product options on our website.

Highly recommend the app!

Amazing customer service! Judy is really helpful, nice, and gives clear and easy to follow instructions. The app has everything I'm looking for, and I need a LOT of options for my products. So happy I found out about this app.

Other than time zone issues (which is noone's fault), there hasn't been any hold ups in the process and Judy has been very kind and supportive with any of my issues

The Customer Service is NOT always available. They say 8am-6pm for live chat, but that is definitely not for any US time zones. Email help takes time, so when you have an issue with your store, the live customer support is not available and you have to stay up into the night to get a live person to help you. On 5/25/23 they upgraded a feature and it does not work at all. Again, no customer support to help, so I have to disable items from my store and stay up late so I can get this fixed. I know it's free, but you get what you pay for.
