Avis Product Options, Variants

App Support was great, especially CLAIRE and Dev JAYDEN. They were patient and fixed my issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

We’ve been very happy with the Avis Product Options app. It’s affordable, intuitive, and easy to use — even for those without extensive technical experience.

The app offers all the features we need and more. With thousands of products and varying levels of customization and personalization, we require a flexible and reliable solution.

Before selecting Avis, we tested several other options. This app stands out as one of the few that supports conditional logic based on Shopify variants — not just conditional logic within the app itself. It also handles product bundling with additive pricing per piece(s) selected.

We’ve been equally impressed with the Avis support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anne, in particular, has been wonderful to work with — quick to respond and collaborate on tailored solutions to our requests.

I highly recommend using Avis — it’s a great app with very responsive support. They’re almost always available to help.

One of the best experiences dealing with customer support team. Anne from Avis was wonderful. I was having issues with the edits and changes i was making on Avis app and having them reflect on my shopify website. Everytime i would load the website my layers i had would jump out of place and not properly load. Anne notified the Developers and within a few hours the issue was fixed. Anne, thank you for being patient with me and working through the issues I had with me. And to the Developers, thank you for fixing it so quickly. It actually means alot that a support team actually cares.

This Avis customizer is all the best of all the other customizers put together. It has a pop-up customize window, easy to use interface, and a great customer service team. Anne is wonderful. So is Vivian, and Sam.

Incredible customer service!!! Claire on Shopify app store was so helpful and assisted me with every question I had. I am so happy with this app and I recommend it if you're looking to add more variants to your products and/or upsell your cart.

Support is fantastic. No complaints there, they are quick to fix any issues that pop up.

My only issue is why does this application to seem to break fairly regularly?

The team at Avis Product Options has been so incredibly helpful in customising the product options needed for our store. Their service has been so quick, and they were able to make custom changes to suit our exact needs. After trying many other apps who weren't able to help us, I can't recommend Avis highly enough!!
