This company is beyond amazing. We had issues with the app not working, so we tried the support chat. We were greeted almost immediately by a very genuine support agent. She looked at our issue, and quickly came back to let us know that she was escalating the issue to their development team. Then within a short time, we heard back that the developer had solved the issue. We verified that it was indeed working correctly. All of this from a free app, that has more features and is far more user friendly than the paid apps we had tried. They are on our A list for apps for sure, and we can't wait to see what they may offer in the future.

I really enjoy this app- it does exactly what I need it to and is no-fuss. I need customizable options without altering the quantities and this app does just that. The product service team was super quick to help me figure out what I needed to get the options up and running. I'm so glad to finally have this capability on Shopify!
