so much help they gave me. i was back and forth setting up a difficult option set and we finally got it right. they even helped me with the coding free of charge. thank you so much. i will be using this app for my shop from now on.

I ended up uninstalling this app, just due to the constant frustration of the "support" team informing that an issue was resolved, that actually wasn't; and they dragged it on for 3 DAYS!!
I've been VERY understanding and patient and I don't feel VALUED as a customer from the support team.
There are so many more apps with so many features, even included in Free plans, that I could use and that's exactly what I'll do!
The support team didn't make me feel "supported" as a customer. The issues that this app was reflecting on my LIVE site has caused so much confusion with my customers and IM SO OVER IT!!
This app has wasted my time entirely!! UGHHHH!!!!

Great app! Displays nicely on the website. We needed help putting it all together and the Avis team was amazing. Noah was the first to answer questions before we installed the app. Lucy helped us in the beginning and included how-to videos, and then Hena took her time to help us complete our perfect result. I was confused on how to work the app and reached out through chat. Judy was absolutely the best, she helped me set up my variations for a couple of products and helped me with deleting a variant that was randomly attached to one of my products. I greatly appreciate all of her help!

Absolutely awesome to work with.
Very limited and with so many bugs. Support doesn’t appear to understand what you’re asking.
The app has a lot of flexibility. I went through 4 other apps and this one was more intuitive. However, the most helpful feature that was the deciding factor is that they actually have live help ready to go. Emily and Andrea really helped me get the basics down.
