The app is a little difficult to understand and set up. But the team is great and always ready to help! They are very responsive and friendly
I got a fast reply and help from the helpdesk Sam helped me. Also the app works great.
It's not the easiest app to get your head around but it does offer the ability to add a lot of custom options and personalisation to your shop without any extra costs. The team is easy to reach and always very helpful though

great app, allows you to use good features without paying, but to add more of the same features you need to pay witch I feel is very fair and its a good price.
the service is very good the lady called emily and the Dev Jayden helped me out with a couple of problems and got everything sorted within an hour!

I haven't used this app for very long, but so far, it's fairly easy to use. I think the UI within the app could be a bit more attractive, but that hasn't stopped me from achieving what I set out to do with my website.
I like how it has tutorials for doing things that require a little code knowledge. I was able to place my widget in a custom location with the tutorial.
I did have a technical issue with my add-on option prices not being added to my product's base price, but Hena and the development team were able to fix that quickly.
Overall, I'm looking forward to using this app to help me launch my new service to locals!

I vouch and recommend Avis product options after being used for my business. The staff are super supportive, kind and always willing to help! Only downside of this is the payment required as a new business owner. However the pros outweigh the cons massively!
