Awareness Dropshipping

I was super excited when i found this app, I love to have awareness products in my shop. However after receiving my first order for this product their site was down It was fixed within a few days, however after i was able to get back on the site and sync my orders i needed to add money to my wallet to fulfill the orders. This is no big deal so i did, after some struggle i was able to request that funds be added but it had been pending for a while. I sent them an email abut the situation and received no response. After a few days i fallowed up and finally received a response. They told me that they were still unable to access their portal to fulfill orders. They informed me that they would be unable to fulfill my customer orders resulting me to have to refund two orders. The customer service as it may not be fast on responding but are very nice, however i will be removing the products from my shop and deleting the app. Hopefully soon they will get everything figured out, but for now i need to move on for business success.

I tried this app to add some awareness jewelry and products to my store. The app is not organized well, which made finding items a little more difficult and time-consuming. Once items were added to my store, my customers were unable to have items delivered to their homes. In order to delete this service, I uninstalled the app and then removed each item individually from my store.
