you cannot do anything with the free trial. thats a joke. looking for a replacement for app that we have but obviously this will not help us figure it out.

However, there seems to be some misunderstanding here regarding our app's trial period. Kindly understand that our trial will only be available if you subscribe for a plan. For example, if you subscribe for the Advanced Plan, you will have 14-day free trial and have access to features included in that plan.
In this case, hopefully you can give us another chance by re-installing the app so that we can help you with the setup and revise your experience with our app. Our team is eager to assist you much further to make use of the app for your business.
