BSS: B2B Portal, Quote, Net 30

For someone new to Shopify, BSS Commerce has been super helpful for me. I’ve worked with a lot of developers and designers on web projects in my past and these guys have been really on the ball.

I needed a solution to handle my customer onboarding. Since the out of the box Shopify login only handles a limited amount of inputs I need to capture additional customer information when users create accounts. Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen have been very helpful and accommodating to my numerous requests. They tirelessly toil to make sure that I’m getting everything I need.

My business is a wholesale only business and we service a wide variety of customers. This means that I need a user interface that is easy to use for all types of users at different levels of technical ability. Each time I reach out to the team at BSS they respond promptly and are eager to help me accomplish my goals for my site. I’ve needed a lot of help to get up and running so far. Emma is punctual with her responses and her developers Hoang and Nguyen have simple solutions for me.

i had a great support from emma and the technicians (Vu Phi Hung and Cuongnvm); they helped me to configure the app with the goal that i wanted to reach with the app and Emma has been every time very fast to answer me. great service and this app is perfect for a b2b shop.

I used this app in combination with B2B wholesaler solution. The support team helped us to customize the portal. The design fits perfectly with our website. Furthermore, they assisted us throughout our project and was very reactive. Emma answered all my questions and accompanied me throughout the project!

The support for this app is really incredible. I spoke with Jonas Nguyen and worked with Nguyen Minh Dang on some customizations. They were very helpful. The app is pretty great. We ended up not using it yet because it was missing a feature we need (custom text box that shows on the admin order page), but Jonas assured me it's a feature they're working on adding and once it is, I'll be coming back to this app.

As of right now, there are a total of nine five-star reviews for the “B2B Portal/Net Terms” app. While this may be a newer app, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed. 9 out of 9 happy happy customers, and we are now the 10th! Great app! I promise that you will not be disappointed when working with B2B. Customer service has been the best! I mentioned a few things to Stephanie that would make using the B2B program even better for us within our store. She then met with Tuli (tech programmer) and the rest of the B2B app team. They immediately went to the drawing board to turn my recommendations into a reality! Where else do you get that kind of customer service without someone trying to charge you? The B2B team has been amazing and has gone above and beyond my expectations! If you have difficulty setting up the B2B app, let them know, and they will set everything up for you! You can request a screen share meeting with B2B or go back and forth through their chatbot or by email. They are very responsive and on top of everything! I would give them a higher star review, but I cannot give them more than a five-star review. Hats off to Stephanie, her tech engineer named Tuli, and the rest of the B2B team. The “B2B Portal/Net Terms” app is phenomenal for anyone wanting to set up B2B within their website. B2B's apps have been phenomenal! Aside from the most outstanding customer service, B2B's apps work great! I hope that the B2B apps from BSS Commerce continue to grow by leaps and bounds, and the customer service they provide remains the same. I look forward to growing our business with B2B apps! Excellent customer service and help solve the problem very quickly. They also helped do custom configurations.

Great so far and great customer service. One small issue implementing on our theme but Emma and the technician (Nguyen Dinh Khanh) fixed it right away.
