Of course, we had an individual aproach for our B2B Customers in mind, yet this app delievered the largest part of the needed puzzle pieces. The rest was found quickly and thoroughly by Jennie from the support and her team of technicians. Binging ist all together helped enormously to implement a solution that even leaves room for added services in the future. We are thankful for the cooperative help of the support team.

I am using app to help our bulk buyers select multiple products at once and add to cart. Makes life easier for them. Gets the job done well. Great service and response by the BSS team. A+

This was a fairly easy app to install, however the team were on hand to help me with a couple of issues that I could not either work out or do myself. Jonas in the customer service team was very quick and helpful to provide guidance and also help fixing some things to my liking, and Pham Le Minh Tri was able to help with any technical stuff.
We have run some tests with our new wholesale customer and everything appears to be working really well. Once properly up and running I would be able to provide more feedback and I feel reassured that Jonas and the team will be on hand should I need any more help.

I had a great first introduction to BSS. Emma (the support team) called me & introduced the B2B Portal system for me. After this great introduction I decided to try it. As Im not a good tech, I needed help to fully setup the system, and the whole team was very quick & easy to work with.
I specially want to thank tech Minh Tri & Hoa Xuan Duong. The whole system fits our needs, and I like that the clients have easy access to B2B prices as well as our B2C clients. So we didn't need to redo everything into to collections. We have used the systems of BSS for 2 months soon, and we are very happy with the functions. It fits our needs today. Thank you again for doing everything for us - & a major thanks for redo everything when we redesigned out new theme ;)

I don’t usually post reviews but with this app I felt I really needed to share our experience. Our store had a few custom requirements and the support has been very quick to respond and implement the desired fixes. I have seen that many app developers refer to excuses like “our app is not designed for this feature” but with BSS Commerce I have only seen willingness to understand and meet customer needs.

Big thanks to dev Hai Pham Dinh who quickly helped me with the customization of the Order form on my Portal. And a thank you to dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc who makes sure the Custom Prices is in sync with the portal.
The B2B Portal & B2B/Wholesale Solution app is great for anyone wanting to set up B2B function within their website quickly. Setting up wholesale pricing, custom online forms, hiding prices, etc… This app is an “all-in-one” app with fantastic support. Very helpful app, it rapidly fixed our need to receive customer orders ad draft orders. The customer service is awesome, they understood our difficulties and issues and helped us via call and via their ticket service. Jena and the technician Cuong Ngo Quoc were responsive and really efficient, making quick modifications to the app to better run on our third-party theme, Shapes. All in all, we're very satisfied so far!

Emma and her team worked quickly to resolve an issue with our store, responding to our email request within the hour. They fixed the problem very quickly and kept our company updated by email so we always knew what was happening.

Wanted to add review as I have had such a good experience....
I needed some help installing the app and contacted the support team who were very helpful , went through everything without issue, explaining everything effectively. Even once installed everything going forward was talked through so I knew how to use the app effectively and had ensured I had no issue with questions going forward.,
The team are very knowledgeable and the support received is excellent. A big thank you to Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong, Nguyen Minh Dang and dev Vu Phi Hung ...Who gave amazing service. I WOULD definitely recommend this app to add to your Shopify as it does exactly what it says it does with no disappointment!! Great stuff

We are using this application to allow our business customers to place orders online for their specific products. The application has several features, at the start, it was overwhelming as it had so many features, that I didn't know where exactly to start, but after a few minutes, I was all set up. I've also dealt with their support team, specifically with Emma. I've worked with support teams of other applications, and unfortunately with those other applications, the response time was really, bad, but with Emma, I was getting fast and accurate responses. The resolution to my request was dealt with by Pham Dinh Hai, and in 1-2 days he had everything fixed! I'm more than happy with the service I've received, and how the application is working for us so far.

Great app! I had a special request in order to make things easier for my wholesaler/dealers, and the team got it done within 48 hours! Great service and highly recommend for companies looking to do wholesale. Super easy, thank you both Leorio and Jonas for all the help!
