Wanted to add review as I have had such a good experience....
I needed some help installing the app and contacted the support team who were very helpful , went through everything without issue, explaining everything effectively. Even once installed everything going forward was talked through so I knew how to use the app effectively and had ensured I had no issue with questions going forward.,
The team are very knowledgeable and the support received is excellent. A big thank you to Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong, Nguyen Minh Dang and dev Vu Phi Hung ...Who gave amazing service. I WOULD definitely recommend this app to add to your Shopify as it does exactly what it says it does with no disappointment!! Great stuff

Support is really really fast on solving issues or providing the information. They helped us many times up to now and I am really glad to work with them. Especially, Joy and dev Dao Van Phu, Trinh Viet Anh! I used to have some issues with another b2b wholesale solution app few months ago, and the old support agent Josephine was the one who stood side by side with us. Then, a couples of issues related to restyling the form, quantity button at product page, and installing the code for some functions Quantity Increment, Order Limit, etc. appear, then the next support agent Joy Nguyen is the one that communicate with me. She is responsive and friendly. She then forward the case to the dev: Trinh Viet Anh and Dao Van Phu who quickly resolved the issues, which is caused by theme incompability. Then I had some issues with the css of Portal page. Then I contact them again and they wuickly resolve the issue also. The app works well, and I am satisfied. Congratulations BSS you have a great team with great support! Your app is good also! I will definitely contact you in the future if I need further help.

This is not a plug an play app. EVERYTHING needs to be installed by the dev team. The flow of how everything works for desktop, requires you to also explicitly request for mobile and tablet as well. This is frustrating when personally, I'd expect the same behaviour for all devices as a default, not the exception. This has led to much frustration.

The only saving grace is that they have been able to provide great customer service and quick solutions to all of the issues raised. However, there have been MANY issues.

We used this app in combination with their B2B/Wholesale Solution, to create a vendor portal store. The app is simple to use and it worked great! Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. I would definitely recommend this app and the B2B/Wholesale Solution.

I would give the team 10 STARS if could!!! Wow where do I start... I have undertaken a large project migrating a trade website from Magento 1 onto shopify WITHOUT the plus plan which has been no easy task to say the least. It has required multiple complex integrations with our warehouse management software as well as turning a basic shopify store into a trade website. The team at BSS have been absolutely invaluable to the success of the website as there app is the main functionality behind the "trade" functionality. This of course has not came without obstacles which they have been amazing and i mean amazing at working with me on. There development team has worked with other third party apps that i had to use to integrate their functions with others to help me achieve the required results. They have even prioritised a global app update to solve an important requirement with shipping needs for my account customers. More often that not with Shopify apps developers, when I need something specific from them to cater for a wider need i am simply told "no go and find a new app". Not with BSS, they find solutions and make it work one way or another. I now have a fully functioning trade websites which is entirely off spec in terms of core functionality for BSS and the third apps that I use, but between hard work and dedicate, everything is integrated and working across various complex coding. If anyone is considering a move to Shopify for their trade site but don't want to pay the $2000 to do so, these guys can make it work no problem! And what's more is the service from Emma's is second to none! I am based in the UK and have had zero problems with any communication barriers, and despite the time zone challenges, She always makes sure she communicates regularly to keep my up to date even prior to job completion. I have never been more confident in a long term partnership on Shopify to date. Thank you Emma and the Dev team for all your hard work and efforts, truly remarkable! 10 Stars!

Awesome app for customers in the same business sharing carts together. Staff are diligent and attentive to any problems.

The app is good, but the support is great! They always get back to you quickly and do everything they can to help you. They go out of their way to make sure that you get the answers you need and are great with communication.

This app is very robust and works very well. I am happy with it and how it looks. What makes this product better is the support. Very personal one-to-one support from the team. Excellent. I feel very excited and confident about introducing this new feature to my wholesale customers.

The strong point of this app is its flexibility which makes it suitable to cover more or less all aspects of a wholesale business. Customer service is very competent and fast. I had some difficulty setting some rules and June Nguyen together with her collghiu Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van solved my problems immediately.
