Super Service, super App! Sehr zu empfehlen.
Funktioniert nur selten. Der Server scheint ständig überlastet. Somit können sich meine Kunden nicht einloggen, selbst wenn sie es mehrmals über den Tag verteilt versuchen. Sehr schade.
Tut mir leid, dass du weiterhin Probleme mit unserer App hast.
Wie ich bereits in unserem kürzlichen Support-Austausch erklärt habe, nutzen wir das offizielle, von der EU bereitgestellte VIES-System zur Validierung von USt.-IDs. Dieses fragt wiederum die jeweiligen Landesserver ab, um die USt.-IDs zu validieren.
Leider ist der für deutsche USt.-IDs zuständige Server zu Spitzenzeiten manchmal überlastet und antwortet daher mit einer Fehlermeldung. In der Folge können deutsche USt.-IDs manchmal erst nach mehreren Versuchen validiert werden. Das kommt allerdings nicht ständig vor, ich habe habe z. B. jetzt gerade ohne Probleme eine deutsche USt.-ID validieren können.
Wir würden das Problem selbst gerne lösen, uns sind aber die Hände gebunden, da irgendeine Behörde in Deutschland diesen Server betreibt und es offenbar nicht für nötig hält, die Kapazitäten entsprechend auszubauen. Und es gibt leider keine Alternativen, deutsche USt.-IDs rechtssicher zu validieren.
Und nochmal zum Verständnis: deine bereits registrierten Kunden können sich weiterhin in deinen Shop einloggen und einkaufen. Diese Überlast-Probleme mit dem deutschen VIES-Server betreffen nur die Validierung der USt.-IDs bei der Registrierung. Und sie treten wie gesagt nicht andauernd auf, sondern vor allem zu Spitzenzeiten.
Wir hoffen, dass sich die Situation mit dem deutschen VIES-Server bald bessert. Wenn du B2B Handsfree trotz der gelegentlichen Probleme weiterhin nutzen willst, bieten wir dir gerne eine Erstattung für Juli und August an. Mache dazu bitte einfach über unseren Support ein Ticket auf.
Die App macht genau das was sie soll. Sie verifiziert die Ust.-IDs von Kunden und befreits sie ggf. von der Steuer. Einfach zu handhaben. Übersichtlich.
Und der Support antwortet schnell, ist super freundlich und kompetent.

I tried to find B2B login with VAT verification.
There are lots of apps supporting custom login format but most of them didn't support VAT verification feature. But this app DOES!
Also, I contacted the customer service several times asking them to fit the registration form design to my website and making the form as the default registration form and all of them were solved so quickly.
VAT verification feature and customer service of this App is the most outstanding point.

In a nutshell, it does what it's supposed to do and does it flawlessly. Setup was also quick and easy. We were also helped quickly and directly with the theme change.
