The next time you're fulfilling orders open this app on your phone to photograph your shipment and it's shipping label. We used to take pictures of every order and then put them in a massive Google drive, but we no longer need to do that with this app! You must scan the barcode; it will automatically attach the customer's information to the picture in the dashboard and then upload a photo of the order; it's that simple. It will help us mitigate chargebacks and customers claiming they didn't receive an item included in their order. I highly recommend it to all businesses, especially because it's free. I don't know how the chargeback features would work if we need to use them; I will update my review accordingly.
