Great app for B2B and for „BOGO“ (Buy one, get one). Very responsive support, especially Jonas. I highly recommend this app.

Support funktioniert gut. Jolie konnte bisher in den meisten Fällen relativ zügig helfen. Wird aber auch gebraucht, da doch einige Dinge noch speziell auf den Shop angepasst werden müssen.

App works as advertised but what makes it stand out above the rest is the level of customer service. Jonas has been so much help throughout the process of setting up customer registration forms and the rest of it.

Always very responsive to add ant additional features or customise others. Very happy with them all.

Changing from using a previous wholesale app, the functionality of this app is something we are really looking forward to providing a great experience for our customers. The help and response to question in getting this changed over and set up has been first class.

I recently had the opportunity to try out an app that provides a comprehensive B2B solution, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service that was provided.

I had this app for quite a while but I decided to uninstall it because I was not getting use out of it and basically I could not justify the $50 monthly subscription. I uninstalled it and since then they continue to charge me the $50 a month. I reached out to Shopify support and they created a ticket. I didn't hear back. Another month goes by and they charge me again! I reached out to Shopify support again and they created a second ticket. Finally Joy Nguyen reaches out to me via email and he states that I am not entitled to a refund. Even though in his email he states that merchants are required to uninstall the app if they want to discontinue the service. I am not sure why Shopify allows foreign countries to offer apps to American companies without vetting them first. This is very concerning.

Me han modificado la plantilla para que los clientes mayoristas puedan ver los precios personalizados en la página de la tienda. Ya se estaban quejando porque no veian los precios reducidos. Asique en menos de 24 horas el tecnico Duc y Jennie me han ayudado. Me toca traducirlo al ingles pero de todas formas nos entendemos con el traductor de google.
Actualización: no me resuelven los problemas, además tardan más de 24 horas en contestar, en españa resuelven las cosas a las 9 de la mañana y luego desaparecen 24 horas

Jennie and the technician Duc Nguyen Van have helped me, they have solved a problem in less than 24 hours and everything is fine. I have modified the template so that wholesale customers can see custom prices on the store page. They were already complaining because they did not see the reduced prices. So in less than 24 hours the technician Duc and Jennie have helped me. I have to translate it into English but we still don't understand with the google translator.
Update: they do not solve my problems, they also take more than 24 hours to answer, in Spain they solve things at 9 in the morning and then they disappear for 24 hours

Firstly the support is really great. Jena Nguyen in particular has been very helpful in assisting us with our B2B-setup. She is very thoughtful with great attention to detail.
We have been able to resolve all our queries so far and the response from the support team has been quick! The app itself is easy to use and understand. I recommend this solution to any business wanting to build their site with B2B functionality while not being able to afford the Shopify Plus plan.

OMG Emma and the team were awesome in helping me setup the 3 apps that worked together to bring the settings that i needed to the webpage. Not only did Emma help with the app settings but also helped with shopify settings in regards to how they interacted with the app. I recommend these apps to anyone who needs custom B2B solutions so that their customers interactions can work in a specific way. The customer service is so amazing they spend a lot of hours and back and forward emails in order to get everything right. I highly recommend these apps.
The features on this app are awesome, they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose, I needed custom features for my new website and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. I was greatly helped by Emma and the technician (Nguyen Tien Hau) who communicated in an excellent manner, they understood what I needed and with minimal explanantion they fixed my issues. I tried to download other B2B apps prior to finding these and they had useless features that made using them very hard, I highly rate these B2B apps.
