There are many B2B Apps out there but this is undoubtedly the best.
So lets get into the details:
1.) The App covers almost all functions necessary in order to run a B2B Shopify Store if not all of them. It offers so much we had to slowly expand the feature set and are finding new gems every time we visit the app.
2.) It is highly customizable. You can tailor it exactly to your needs even assigning different priorities to discount rules for instance to make sure the customer gets the best deal available to them under your applied rules.
3.) You can translate everything that is visible to the customer in your language of choice.
But the biggest selling point of this app is not the app itself but the people behind it.
This is by far the best customer support we ever had with any Shopify app. They go above and beyond to help you with any kind of questions or inquiries. No matter if you need installation of functions on your specific theme or you want someone to check if the pricing rule you have setup is setup correctly.
Their support is better than most paid supports we ever encountered and is above all free!
To make my point clear: If you are looking for a B2B App you will be well of with this one.

We've been using the BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution App and are truly impressed – especially by how easy it is to use. The interface is well-organized, and core features like tiered pricing, customer groups, and registration forms are quick to set up. Even without technical expertise, it's simple to get started and manage everything.
What really stands out, though, is the exceptional support. No matter how big or small the question, the support team is always extremely responsive and helpful. We’d especially like to mention Raymond and Anne – both are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly dedicated. They take the time to provide clear instructions (often with screenshots or videos) and are always focused on finding the right solution.
This app is a real gem for anyone working in B2B on Shopify – highly recommended!

app works great, in our case as a workaround for a wholesale solution using quotes. The BSS team has made some adjustments to the app on our request in a swift and professional manner. Can recommend to anyone looking to a B2B wholesale option without paying the shopify most expensive plan.

The App is very nice! But the Support is even better! Very fast responding! Casey and Joy helped me out to solve some bugs in the code i made and also custom coded some things i needed. Selina and Jonas are spectacular at what they do! Selina reached out to me outside of her normal business hours to try and assess my situation and offer her help. While I unfortunately couldn’t respond in a timely manner, she sent me instructions on how to resolve my issue. Soon after, once back in regular hours, Jonas followed up to ensure I got the assistance I needed. They were both very friendly and helpful, ensuring I knew the process to resolve my issue and offered their support should I need more assistance. Jonas responded to my emails incredibly quickly and my issue was resolved in no time! They worked as a very strong team and I had no issues working with two people. I didn’t need to repeat myself or go through any steps multiple times. Tremendous service and they made everything so easy!!

BSS Solution has been a fantastic app to work with! It has a wide variety of applications - all seeming to be practical solutions and not just fluff. The customer support has been great, and they were able to help me customize as I needed.

After spending an entire day trying to troubleshoot an issue with the discount code field disappearing during checkout, Jonas from the BSS support team resolved it in under 10 minutes. He immediately understood the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done, and guided me on applying the fix without any back-and-forth. Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Not working together with their own partner app OPTIS. so often that custom could not check out. support not believing there is a problem and want videos. frustrating. Going with other, cheaper AND better apps now.
