I'm really pleased with this app. I tried a few others, but none of them quite worked for what I needed. Namyr from support was fantastic—super helpful in getting everything set up with my Shopify theme and even making it compatible with a third-party app. It’s been a great solution for setting up wholesale prices for different customer groups. I definitely recommend this app because I was looking for the ability to sell to both businesses and consumers around Europe for ages and I could not find anything. With this app customers will be charged VAT if they do not have a business and for businesses the VAT will be deducted. I also want to thank Jonas for really helping me with setting the app to my store and making sure everything worked correctly. Definitely recommned the app and definitely Jonas is the guy you can definitely trust to do the right job!

The wholesale registration form feature of this app is exactly what our company needed as we are strictly B2B. Pairing this app with the BSS Lock Passcode Pricing app works perfectly. BSS has been a huge help with resolve a couple of small snags and Emma has been super responsive and extremely helpful. We're looking forward to using more of the features of the app once our website is live. Highly recommend for any companies who sell B2B or offer wholesale options and do not want to upgrade to the Shopify Plus plan. Ask for Emma, she's fantastic!

The team at BSS is very responsive and helpful. Not only were they able to help me seamlessly implement the software on my theme, but they were able to work with me through complex scenarios and offer custom coding solutions to meet my needs.

The tool is also very dynamic and offers a variety of solutions for anyone that would like to layer a B2B solution on top of their current Shopify store. In order to offer wholesale solutions directly through the Shopify native platform, it is very expensive (I believe $2,300 per month) and this solution is a very cost effective way to offer this to customers at a small fraction of that cost.

BSS: B2B Wholesale Solution has all the features we were looking for, and more. It's easy to use, and their customer support (especially Namyr) is truly great. Any issue I ran into so far, they have addressed it quickly which allowed us to get up and going quickly. I like how customizable it is.

The only challenge is that their customer support operates on the opposite time zone than where I live in EDT. That said, I just logged in at night for a bit to get quick answers. After demo'ing a handful of other apps, BSS: B2B Wholesale offers a great value. The support team really makes me feel like I have a partner vs. me just being a customer.
