BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

That is an unbelievable perfect working solution to all the basic needs of a wholesale shop. This app answered to all my questions regarding how would a B2B store work on shopify. I wouldn't say it's very easy to configure everything right, but the staff (Madu and Minh Tri) is always there to help you or even to do the job for you. Special thanks to Emma, she is very kind and you can count on her at any time! For any wholesale business that chose shopify, this application is a must!

This is the second time I have used this APP. Every time, they patiently solved our problems and helped us design forms. Work efficiency is also very high. highly recommended. Moreover, this APP has very complete functions. I have found many similar ones, but this one is the best.

We did a major customization for our wholesale side of the website and it was thanks to this app and its support, especially to Emma and Leorio. They both are great and able to give us the customization we need based on the requirements we gave them. Although we are in two different time zones - 12 hours apart, they will get back to me the very next day.

This is a fabulous out of the box solution. It is a low cost solution and then any extras are available from the same team at reasonable prices. There is a very good trial period allowing you to get it set up and tested without paying a cent. Support is 7+ hours ahead of us but once I worked out the time difference support was excellent. I really got the feeling that I was getting personal one-to-one support. Once the installation is complete the app is very robust.

I was looking for the app that allowed me to make some important B2B things and one of them vas VAT check. Few things were not clear to me so we contacted support - Jonas and Nguyen Minh Dang were really helpful for us. This is the perfect App when it comes to B2B Wholesale. The support is amazing. They answer within Minutes and can even fix issues remotely via shop access.

Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. I would recommend this app and the B2B Portal/Net Terms app.
