BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

This was the only app we could find that provided a solution for our sales reps to creating orders with custom pricing rules. The customer support from Jonas and the Tech support from Cuong NVM was great, and their response time was quick, and and efficient.

BSS: B2B/Wholesale Solution gives the ability to utilize many of the features that are only available on Shopify Plus. Especially the public API makes it exceptionally good for B2B retailers. You can't find a better alternative!

The usage of the app is quite easy and well documented, but installation isn't as straight forward as on other similar apps. However, BSS Commerce has provided superb support on installing and optimizing the experience on our store. I definitely recommend this and other BSS Commerce's apps!

This app was very easy to use for the purpose of having our customers fill out a wholesale registration form in order to create an account to shop. For the things we weren't able to figure out, the support team did a great job of assisting us and fixing all issues with minimal hassle on our end. Jonas N was extremely easy and pleasant to work with, and Nguyen Quoc Cuong worked behind the scenes to finish the technical work efficiently and exactly how we wanted. This made us feel really confident about using this app because we knew that we could depend on the support and technical teams.
