This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. We are using the custom pricing as well as the VAT exempt, tax display and everything is working fluently with the Shopify checkout. The registration process is great too, we can approve a customer, before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. And with the B2B Portal, we can create a whole new portal for the customer's neww experience. The Support agent June Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! June and her tech team - Phu Dao Van, Anh Trinh Viet and Anh Duc Tran were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. They answered really quick and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed (he worked overtime to help us! On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer!

The registration form is very useful, it helps us to create a separate form for our Wholesalera, the process is great too, we can approve a customer before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. We had some problems with the Registration Form design and I reached out to the support team. The Support Agent Jolie Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! Jolie and her tech team - Nguyen Tien Hau and Mai Van Quy were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. The design that I need is a little complicated and they can fix it as perfectly as I required. They answered really quickly and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed. On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer!

The Team around Jolie Nguyen and the developers Mai Van Quy and Bui Thanh Phong were so helpful and forthcoming. Our store is based on a third-party theme so there had to be made several changes in order for the different functions of the app to work. They helped me throughout the whole process of implementing the functions VAT-Extempt, Registration-Form, Display of Prices inc./excl. Tax. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I love the many possiblities the app provides for adding B2B-typical functions to your store. Big shout out to whole team and 5*-stars for your app!

Das Team um Jolie Nguyen und die Entwickler Mai Van Quy und Bui Thanh Phong war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unser Shop basiert auf einem Drittanbieter-Theme und so mussten einige Änderungen vorgenommen werden, damit die verschiedenen Funktionen der App funktionieren und installiert werden konnten. Sie halfen mir während des gesamten Prozesses der Implementierung der Funktionen Mehrwertsteuerbefreiung, Registrierungsformular, Anzeige der Preise inkl./exkl.Steuer. Alle meine Fragen wurden zeitnah und professionell beantwortet. Wenn es darum geht einen bestehenden Shop mit B2B-Funktionen (relativ schnell und einfach) zu erweitern, ist die App eine eierlegende Wollmilchsau ;) - fast alles ist möglich!

This app allows you to enable the functions you need for your business and has straight forward instructions on how to enable them. If you are looking for an application that offers exceptional features and functionality, as well as outstanding customer service, B2B Solution is the place to go. Regardless of the type of request, the support prompt response and resolution has always been outstanding. It is without a doubt a great support.

I looked around at a number of apps that could give me the functions I required for a wholesale pricing solution. I settled on this app as it had the most flexible functions; registration form, custom pricing (lots of flex with the conditions!), varying tax treatment, and varying shipping cost rules which is important with larger orders generated with wholesale and can be tailored to a customer type via a customer tag. - plus many more functions I will probably use in the future. I was also pleased to solutions for extra charges which is handy to add to my retail store for larger or heavier items. The app also adds discount pricing codes and bogo and rules surrounding the usage of those which is very handy.
When there is a lot of function, complexitity can be an issue and it did take me a little while to figure it out, but I got there (and I'm one of those people to hate to read instructions - but there is a lot of written instruction if you need). But the best part is the very helpful and responsive support I've received from Emma and the technical assistance from Nguyen Ngoc Hai who installed the app and a few small customizations. If you have a basic understanding of theme code, you can easily follow their instructions, but so good to have their support and get it up and running correctly the first time. Its not the cheapest app, but its packed with function that's given me some more ideas of how I can improve my store. I definitely recommend.

We've only used the app during the trial period, so couldnt comment much on the features of the app. However, we totally forgot the cancel the subscription and got charged of it. Steph was really super nice to help us talk to the mgmt to provide a refund.
Initially, we only got a 50% refund. But steph managed to persuade her mgmt to give us a full refund! Really thankful for that! Thanks Steph! The app is what we are looking for, will consider subscribing to it !

This app provides unique and various functions with regard to pricing policies that caters wholesalers' needs. Also, the support team is very responsive and professional!
