BSS's support team have been fantastic with assisting me with setting up their app integration with our Shopify store. The installation of some features is a bit tricky and they quickly fixed issues that came up when I tried to install myself.
Definitely recommend them for their quick responsiveness and great attitude.
The customer service rep I worked with was very accommodating, I appreciated the background they provided about the app and their efforts to follow up and follow through.

This is Jonas - Customer Support Lead from BSS Commerce. On behalf of the team, we are so sorry for the bad experience that you faced with our app so far.
First of all, as a 3rd-party app provider, it's pretty difficult for us to be compatible with other 3rd-party apps since we might have different logic and mechanism. We might be able to make it work with them only if they agree with the collaboration and customization on their end as well. Really sorry for this but it's quite a common issue with many Shopify 3rd-party apps. If you can give us another chance, we can for sure make some more efforts to check further.
Also, due to the different timezone, we were not able to respond at the time you contacted us but the team has always tried to reach back or deal with your issue within 24 hours. Sometimes, we did send a few follow-ups to make sure the app is alright on your end but got no responses.
Regarding the pricing issue, we have to balance between all resources we put to the app and our pricing plan. So sorry if you feel that way but you can for sure keep us informed on that and we can together come up with a workaround for your case.
Overall, we don't want any bad experience happen to you as such so hopefully we will have another chance to help you utilize our app for your business and improve your experience.

We asked fixing a bug and they solved quickly. Thank you. But please don't send email everyday to beg a review until I actually write one. It was very annoying. This is not a free app.
