Amazing app, I originally installed 4 different B2B apps to test, the features and support for BSS, B2B Pricing and Lock are by far the best available. Don't bother with other apps, just work with the BSS team and you won't regret it!
The BSS B2B app is truly outstanding! From its intuitive user experience to the comprehensive B2B features, it's clear that every detail has been carefully thought out. I am particularly impressed by the support team – they are not only extremely friendly and knowledgeable but also exceptionally quick to respond. Whether it's a minor query or a complex issue, the support consistently provides prompt and effective solutions. Support is what makes this app so good. If I have ever had an issue the team gets it sorted quick.

Jonas and his team solved some problems with the versions of the forms so I could translate them and verify the sender email. They did it quickly and perfectly
Terrible app, it is very complicated to set up and the support team took a long time to respond. If you use a custom theme, you need a special developer to implement the functions of the app. There is also no way to NOT charge a wholesale customer the VAT fee. When you apply a % discount for a customer across different markets, you need to manually enter a custom pricing for each product price, because the app is not able to automatically calculate the discounted price without the VAT %. We have wasted so many days trying to fix this and get this to work, all to no avail. You are much better off handling the orders manually or try out another app.

This app is good. A lot of customizations that you can add to your store in order to sell to B2B customers right away. Not all features are self adjustable, but customer support is very helpful and attentive. Emma from support really helped a lot with everything we needed.
The app is amazing but in order to let the customers have the best experience i’ve talked to the team for some front end customizations.
First time it was Jonas that tooks care of my requests and he was so good in order to give me all the answers I needed. The customer service is at a very high level.
Then he let me speak with the dev team and Mida was my guy. In few days he made everything I needed and the talk was easy and pleasant.
I totally recommend this app, it’s team is amazing.
We only use a very small part of what this solution offers in total. That however works very well. The support from the team and their devs is outstanding and probably the biggest reason to recommend the app.
