The team is very responsive on helping us out using their app. It's a good app, surely solved our B2B pricing problem! Easy to use and easy to understand. The support team of this app is so helpful and quick in response, their tech guy (Nguyen Ngoc Hai) worked really hard to fix issues for us. Thank you so much, Nguyen!! Also many thanks to Emma for her help along the way. She is very attentive and super helpful. Most of the time, it’s not only about an app's features, but the service the team brings when help is needed. This seems to be one of the best B2B app with B2B features that has been very helpful for our business. The app does have various features and can be easily acitvated via the App Dashboard such as special prices for wholesale customers, order limit and etc. We have been discussing with the team via Whatsapp and Jonas (the agent support) has been very responsive in the meantime. Lately, we faced an issue with But It Now button and the technical guys (Leorio and Nguyen Dinh Khanh) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. Now we can use B2B features for wholesale customers and at the same time, normal customers and visitors can still checkout and apply Discount Code from Shopify. Awesome support manner! In addition, BSS Pricing Plan for this application is quite reasonable comparing with other 3rd-party apps on the market. It also comes with 14-day free trial and free assistance. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Solution app. Again, appreciate for the team's efforts so far. Keep it up!

Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Duc have once again been very helpful to me in answering my questions. I was a little lost as to some of the capabilities and limits of the application.
I had specific and simple question about how registrations worked on the lock and login and b2b registration application and forms.
They answered my questions promptly, accurately, and directed me to the location in their documentation where I could find the information again in the future as well as other related inquiries (which I promptly used later that day to answer another question).

Definitely a helpful company. I haven't done crazy great yet, however the platform is easy and self guiding. No app is easy and if they sell it to be easy, they are lying. All apps take time to get used to and set up best, however the team here helped me like 50 times by now bc I reach out so much with questions. I recommend to give it a try if you are needing a WH option.
We sell 4-5 Million a year, so definitely good choice for a small business like us. I have been working with June Nguyen as your supporter and the dev guys were named Khanh Nguyen Dinh and Phong Bui Thanh. Ask for them. Good people.
