We're currently just skimming the surface of this feature goldmine because, let's face it, our business model is as straightforward as a drag race. But, boy oh boy, the customization options are like an all-you-can-eat buffet, waiting for us to pile our plate if we ever crave more complexity. Bottom line: Phenomenal products, stellar team. They're not just recommended; they're like that secret ingredient you never knew your business recipe needed.

We are using the suite of B2B apps from BSS Commerce over 3 different businesses. Using the one app business for a number of apps means everything fits together seamlessly and we can work with one external team for support - and they know our business!
On our website, we have both B2B and B2C capability - the BSS apps means we can provide the best service and experience to our customers and the website adapts dynamically depending on their account.
We offer multiple pricing levels and different product ranges for different customers and the website ensures the correct price and product selection is shown to our different customer segments.

I had some issues in the compatibility with my theme but they fixed it fast and even did a few extra things that wasn't necessary. I researched my needs for a wholesale for days and I always came back to this one. The functionality is amazing and intuitive. I'm stoked I chose this app. Josephine and Trinh are amazing!

The app has been working great for us so far. We did run into a little issue, but Jonas and Dang NM were very quick to respond and fixed the issue within a few hours. Great app with great support!

This app is incredible for B2B and wholesale solutions. Joy and her team have gone above and beyond to customise the app for our websites needs and have done it rapidly when we have needed it. The app itself has so many parts to it to be able to customise it to our companies needs and the B2B team are so quick in responding and solving and queries/issues. It's not easy to find a wholesale solution for your shopify website and honestly you can look no further than B2B. The customer service is second to none and they have created some very useful apps for our business.

My questions were fairly basic and arose because I was new to using the app. The chat help line was very quick, helpful and patient with my questions. All issues were quickly sorted and the little videos they sent me helped enormously. I could not be more happy with the scope of options the app offers and the immediate assistance to help even a beginner user. I can't wait to and explore and incorporate more features.

Tons of flexibility with this app - it's incredibly helpful for us. We now use a few of the BSS Commerce apps. The B2B/Wholesale Solution has a lot of flexibility built into it - such as setting custom pricing, tagging that to appropriate wholesale customers - and even the functionality around manual orders is quicker than doing it in Shopify directly. I have to say though, the best part is the support team. Jonas, Hoa Xuan Duong and Pham Le Minh Tri are rock stars - I'm not a developer so my knowledge of customizing is limited. But these guys really jumped in and took on my requests, treating my business as their own. They helped me create the wholesale experience I wanted - quickly and accurately. Even providing suggestions for improvement along the way. Highly recommend the app and their support.

This app is great. Does everything we need it to for our business from Quantity Breaks, Order minimums, B2B registration and more. The support is unmatched as well. Joy and the entire support team are extremely patient, prompt and helped us every step of the way to get the result we wanted.
