The attention is amazing. All the guys are willing to help (speacially thank you to Stephanie Ha), they do it fast and so well executed. The app is so complete. It has features no other wholesale app has like the use of discount codes aside from the assignation of prices; the auto tag is also other feature that very few apps have. DISCOUNT CODE, they developed this feature to be able to use discount codes (*VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE) so 2 types of discounts can be used at the same time. Shopify does not allow more than 1 discount to be used at Checkout. You can add the field to put the discount code (DC) in the Cart, it cannot be added in the checkout only in the cart. You must install this feature first for it to work, we haven’t found another app that has this feature.

A big thanks to June and dev guys Nguyen Van Duc, they have been very correct, professional help and support. June's responses are quick and specifically, she listened to my every detailed requirement and transferred to the dev team efficiently. I have some issues with the form and they helped me to make the form shown correctly though at the beginning it was not shown as I wanted. The team also explain to me very carefully. I also had other requirements such as compatibility with the other app and dev Duc helped me resolve it well too. All I need to do is to explain my request and tech experts helped me well. June Nguyen was supportive and she deserved big praise for her support. The tech expert Nguyen Van Duc solved every issue well nearly quickly and accurately and so they were really good at it. Highly recommend this app for anyone to try. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to contact them and they are willing to support you as soon as possible. Did exactly what we wanted for wholesale customer and displaying prices as inc/ex VAT which other apps we tried did not do.

Setting up which products I wanted to included as wholesale was very easy but when it came to displaying VAT I needed some assistance, I contacted customer service via live chat and June was extremely helpful, as well as developer Cuong Nguyen Quoc. They even worked late to assist us as we are in different timezones. Would definitely recommend.

App support was super great! Jena Nguyen, dev Tran Duc And and Pham Dinh Hai went above and beyond to implement what we needed for our store. Our theme didn't support a few things in the app but Jena and her team were able to find the the problem and gave us some options on how we wanted to proceed. They were able to make the needed adjustments our store needed in a timely manner without any problems. Would definitely recommend this app for any wholesale solutions!
