We use this app to facilitate many parts of our store. Over 350 custom tiered pricing rules for normal and b2b customers, b2b program enrollment, custom list prices for specific customers, and more. Every time we've run into technical issues the team has successfully helped resolve them. Also, there are regular app functionality updates which gives us new options and comfort that the app is well supported.

The app works really well, we needed several adjustments and the support staff were very prompt in getting the changes made. Very happy with the product and especially the support, which is the real value. This will solve all of your issues of providing separate pricing for wholesale customers. Not only can you separate wholesale and retail, you can restrict access between the two, have different tier pricing, sign up form for wholesale customers, etc. They have endless features to solve the restriction between the two distinctions.
Also, when you are stuck or can't get something to work the way you need it to, their support is incredible! Their support turnaround time to specific issues alone is worth the price. Can not recommend more.

We use BSS to allow small stores to wholesale our products. You can add important features like file upload requirements (W9, etc) and the entire process is VERY simple. Jonas is amazing and always available to help if any questions come up!
