Support team is amazing! The app was a little hard to install on your own if you don't know much about coding, but the team can install everything for you or fix problems with features you turned on. All in all, really great app and support team!

I have been using BSS for nearly a year now to help us drop-ship goods through our customers. For the price it is an absolute no brainer - Works really well and the support has been fantastic. Big thank you to Emma for helping me with some tweaks...I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of trying this system.

This will solve all of your issues of providing separate pricing for wholesale customers. Not only can you separate wholesale and retail, you can restrict access between the two, have different tier pricing, sign up form for wholesale customers, etc. They have endless features to solve the restriction between the two distinctions.
Also, when you are stuck or can't get something to work the way you need it to, their support is incredible! Their support turnaround time to specific issues alone is worth the price. Can not recommend more.

We have been working with Jolie and Raymond from the BSS team; they have been amazing! Even though there is a time delay every question, comment, or small issue we have had they or the team has been able to take care of it. The reason Novatto, Inc. chose B2B was that we wanted to let our potential B2B customers know we offer wholesale pricing and for the B2B customers we already have, we wanted them to be able to go to our website anytime and see their pricing 24/7. B2B offered a great solution. Since then they have continued helping out with issues that crop up like theme updates that disrupt coding or 3rd party Apps that interfere with B2B's coding.

The app works really well, we needed several adjustments and the support staff were very prompt in getting the changes made. Very happy with the product and especially the support, which is the real value. We've had experiences with many apps, some work well but when you need support it's hard to get, but with B2B I have only had good experiences, I would highly recommend this app.

This fixes one of our main issues, a new account registration form. Now we are able to screen applications before we accept new wholesale customers, and promote a new account section to drive business.

Great app, very helpful! I think the features are fairly comprehensive and they give you everything you would need to run a wholesale component to your store. Features were developed thoughtfully and the support team is pretty on top of anything you need. A lot of the functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the UX.
