The app itself and the support are excellent.
The team installed it, fixed problems and helped me set it up. Jena and Joy in particular helped me a lot. But I think there were others on the team. Many thanks to all of them. If anyone has any doubts about using the app, I can only recommend it.

Hi team,

This is Jonas - Customer Support Lead from BSS Commerce. On behalf of the team, we are so sorry for the bad experience that you faced with our app so far.

First of all, as a 3rd-party app provider, it's pretty difficult for us to be compatible with other 3rd-party apps since we might have different logic and mechanism. We might be able to make it work with them only if they agree with the collaboration and customization on their end as well. Really sorry for this but it's quite a common issue with many Shopify 3rd-party apps. If you can give us another chance, we can for sure make some more efforts to check further.

Also, due to the different timezone, we were not able to respond at the time you contacted us but the team has always tried to reach back or deal with your issue within 24 hours. Sometimes, we did send a few follow-ups to make sure the app is alright on your end but got no responses.

Regarding the pricing issue, we have to balance between all resources we put to the app and our pricing plan. So sorry if you feel that way but you can for sure keep us informed on that and we can together come up with a workaround for your case.

Overall, we don't want any bad experience happen to you as such so hopefully we will have another chance to help you utilize our app for your business and improve your experience.

Great support from the BSS team. They helped us step by step, solving all the issues on our website, which involved quite many tasks. Much appreciated.

Great app, especially the customized registration form to KYC your customers right at the beginning, notifications whenever new customers register, and special discounts for tagged customers... These features are necessary for a B2B solution platform.

We recommend this app. They were some compatibility issues with our custom code but the support answer and solve things pretty quick and the app does the job.
We put 4 stars because the app don't allow the uses of shopify custom codes which we needed.
