Support team is amazing! The app was a little hard to install on your own if you don't know much about coding, but the team can install everything for you or fix problems with features you turned on. All in all, really great app and support team!

We use BSS to allow small stores to wholesale our products. You can add important features like file upload requirements (W9, etc) and the entire process is VERY simple. Jonas is amazing and always available to help if any questions come up!

The team has been incredibly fast and prioritized my case from the start. This app is a fantastic addition to our website, especially since Shopify lacked certain features we needed, like the quantity increment option and a specific way to hide prices for non-customers.

They ensured—and continue to ensure—that everything is working perfectly. Their response time is exceptional, and they address any concerns with impressive speed. I’m truly happy I decided to download this app.

Excellent service and fast replies from their customer service, help was given from Jolie. Very informative and never had any issues so far.

Downloaded the app for the 14 day free trial and the app won't even let me use any of the features unless I pay for the services. How am I supposed to know if I like it, if I can't even set anything up such as wholesale forms, wholesale pricing, etc. Uninstalled after using for only about 15 minutes.

Jonas was a great help. I am not too tech savy but he was very patient and understanding when I was not able to install the app. Thank you for your support. :) 10/10 for customer service!

Let me tell you, this team that they have over their is top notch, They're constantly open minded to working with us to develop the platform to suit our needs. When it comes to setup they're very involved and try to help you get up and going quickly as well as very responsive when it comes to issues. I've worked with alot of app teams but never have i felt they've genuinely cared about my business like this. Props to your team and i hope you guys continue to excel at this.
