Great app functionality and exceptionally good customer service! We have very complex scenarios in our shop, involving selling to b2c and b2b customers in several countries and with different VAT rates and the BSS Commerce team did a great job in customizing the app to our needs. Especially Emma from customer support and Minh Dang the technician, who was working on our requirements very hard need to be mentioned. Without those two, we could not have realized our store the way we planned, so I cannot thank them enough for their commitment and clear communication for setting everything up in the way we needed it. This was very important, as we had our own customization in place, which needed to function properly with the app of BBS Commerce. The development team of BSS Commerce was able to integrate our own customization perfectly into the logics of their app, so we could get our desired results. During my time in e-commerce, I have worked with a lot of service providers, national and international, and I have to say, the BSS Commerce team stands out from all of them due their dedication and professional attitude and their flexibility! Even when I had a request during the Chinese New Year holiday, I was answered quickly and my request was resolved, even in this special time. Normally it is extremely unlikely to get feedback during this important national holiday, but the BSS Commerce team was there for us anyway.
Our company is very grateful to have found the BSS Commerce team and their app! If I could give this app 10 stars, I would! Full recommendation for anyone looking to implement b2b & b2c scenarios in their Shopify store, as mentioned above, we could not have realized our ideas for the shop without BBS Commerce and their great app!

Absolutely an App to consider if you want some more advanced features for your B2B customers. A lot of possibilities, and don't be afraid, you have 14 days to try it out and the support is most helpful to get you up to speed.

This app has been great at helping our wholesale business operate online. It is so easy to use and the support team is amazing. They are so helpful and always quick to respond!

B2B Customer Portal and B2B Wholesale solutions is a great app to look into if you want to set up special discounts and offer payment terms to wholesale clients. It is a useful extension that is a lot less costly than the official Shopify Pro app for those who want to build and grow their small business at a more affordable rate. While I came into some minor bugs and some confusion while using the app, the customer support exec, Jolie Nguyen, and developer, Mai Van Quy, were quick to assist me with all issues. Mai Van Quy would work on the back-end fixing all the technical issues while Jolie Nguyen would work directly with me and on the front-end to update me with all the processes. Overall it is a great experience - I would recommend these 2 apps to anyone who is looking for an extension that would help with growing their business.

We use this app to help our wholesale customers have a seamless experience with price breaks and custom pricing. We also use the custom registration form, and the auto-tag rules. The app has a ton of flexibility and customizations, so I am planning to use it in more ways in the future. There were several spaces where the app and the new theme we had installed were not working properly together. Emma C. and her team were diligent and extremely responsive in helping us fix all of the errors. Not only were they responsive and diligent, but they worked with us in a way that invited questions and made sure that they were really understanding our needs. The customer service was top-notch.

This app is amazing and has so many features included - the support team are super helpful and get back to you very quickly. Josephine has been great and was able to assist us with making some changes to our sign up form, her communication was very prompt and the changes were made exactly how we wanted thanks to Nguyen Van Dong. I would recommend this app to everyone!

The app has a lot of great features and functions that are needed or basics for your B2B business. We are currently setting up the website and the app itself and the whole team of BSS is super helpful, friendly and fast. So far any issue or even little customisations have been done and solved. Super happy so far and and can't wait to finish the last bits to see the final result. Also a shout out to Jonas that is in daily contact with me during the last weeks to set up everything and help me fix problems together with the technical team doing even small customisation (especially Cuong NVM, Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Nguyen Minh Dang) - thanks guys!
