We've just started using this app alongside the B2B Lock & Hide prices to make a new B2B platform. Not only are we incredibly impressed at our final product we can offer onward customers, but both Emma from the support team and Cuongnvm from the technicians team have been outstanding. Always there to help and no issues has never been too big! Would definitely recommend to any other store owners looking to create their own B2B solution.

Nice and useful app, but it has a few conflicts with some themes, works well nevertheless.

I have been using the application for several weeks on my store and I am very satisfied.

The handling is a little bit complex at the beginning, the dashboard being quite loaded, but you quickly get the hang of it.

Above all, the support is really top! I had several needs that were treated quickly and efficiently thanks to June, my interlocutor, and the technical team, Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Anh Tran.

The app is great if you're looking for a pretty straightforward B2B solution for a small business. We used it to set wholesale pricing for logged-in customers and all of this in the backend is pretty easy to set up. I recommend reading through the user guide first to familiarise yourself with how it works.
The best part of the app though:
As I had a very customised theme, I did need the help of the support team for a number of things and they were AMAZING!!! Joy and Dao Van Phu were beyond helpful. I had a lot of tricky requests and they were able to solve them but also provide clear instructions so I could make edits in the future if I need to update the theme. Always responding so quickly. They are my heros!!

First of all, I'd like to say that this plugin is definitely worth considering if you're looking for a B2B/wholesale solution for your online store. The functionality it provides is impressive, and it has made managing our wholesale customers and orders much easier.

One of the best things about this plugin is the excellent support that comes with it. We've had a few questions and issues along the way, and the support team (June and Duc Nguyen Van were responsible for us) has been incredibly helpful. They've even gone out of their way to customize the plugin to fit our specific needs, which we really appreciate.

In terms of functionality, the plugin offers everything we need to manage our wholesale business. We can set different prices for different customer groups, manage minimum order quantities, and offer tiered pricing based on order volume. We can also customize the checkout process to include additional fields for wholesale customers, such as tax ID and business name.

Overall, we're really happy with the "B2B/Wholesale Solution" plugin and would highly recommend it to other Shopify store owners looking for a B2B/wholesale solution. The support is top-notch, and the functionality is exactly what we need to run our wholesale business smoothly.

After a lot of research landed on this app to offer B2B sales on shopify. So far great experience, there is quite a bit of installation to be done but when it doesn't go right, support team steps up and solves every issue very quickly, very thankful to Emma for her help!

Just got the app set up with a huge thanks to Jolie Nguyen and Le Trung Dong. So far it's doing exactly what it advertises, intuitive to use I didn't have to watch any tutorial to understand how to create rules. If you do need help the support team is very quick.

I'll report back if anything changes as we roll out our wholesale program but so far so great.

The B2B wholesale solution from BSS works great and I highly recommend it. However, the integration support and Emma in particular is outstanding. BSS B2B wholesale solution offers so many integration options that I don't want to go into details about the app here. My recommendation is to just try and contact Emma's integration support. Emma supported me in finding solutions in an absolutely perfect way. She works extremely quickly and precisely, is very helpful and patient. Together with the technician and expert Cuongnvm, new solutions were implemented within hours and the entire customizing process took no longer than a few days. My very special thanks to Emma and Cuongnvm. I'm a business owner and not a software integration specialist. As I started the test period I mentioned that there are a lot of details to customize and I didn't have answers for all customizing needs. Emma patiently supported me. I learned quickly through the transparency and precision of Emma Information. Customizing support by Emma also means to get an intensive training. I have never received such extraordinary support.
In some issues, more complex technical adaptations were necessary, which were coordinated extremely quickly and competently between Emma and Cuongnvm from the technical team. This worked perfectly and delightful. So many thanks to both. I am very happy with our B2B & B2C Integration that works perfectly an highly recommend it.
