We are using this app for almost a year and we had some issues with it but Technical Support and Customer Servis are pretty efficient and the people working there are really nice to talk to and focus on problem-solving, which is highly appreciated :) The interface is easy to use and intuitive. It took us a day to figure out what's where.
The application works well and the team is always available in case of problems. We have Jonas who is very fast and efficient, thanks to him!

Such a fantastic team. Emma, and her technicians Hau and Cuong were so quick to integrate the app into our store. We have worked with some other apps for wholesale and encountered many issues, but after a day of signing up, we have a perfectly functioning registration form and wholesale set up. This app is great! It has played a key role in preparing our website for wholesale distribution. It took only a few days to set up and it is so functional. I was having an issue with figuring out the setup, and after reaching out to customer service, less than a day later Jonas and his technical colleague Hoa Xuan Duong fixed this issue for me with a detailed explanation of what they did and how to maintain this function. Would definitely recommend this app for B2B companies looking for wholesale solutions.
