Took a minute to get the hang of it, but was easy to work with after installation. I needed quite a bit of help with the install, and was pleased at the response and dedication the team at B2B gave when helping me get the project off the ground. Nguyen VD, Pham, Nguyen VMC and Trinh were easy to work with and they went the extra mile to ensure myself and my client was impressed. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is in need of a fully customizable solution for Dealer/Distributor custom pricing, and the other features they offer. Due to our positive experience, we've already moved forward into our second installation and are seeking to proceed into all vertical markets/sites where we can use this tool for success. I like very much this b2b app for my wholesale business and hope it will helpful to grow. I am new for this app but hoping to get more idea. Till now I am fully satisfied with this app and also customer service is great.

Definitivamente un soporte técnico excelente. En especial mención a Joy Nguyen como ayuda en atención al cliente y a Nguyen Tien Hay como desarrollador. Ambos me han ayudado mucho y de manera muy ágil y rápida sobre el problema presentado en la app (no podía aprobar a un cliente y por lo tanto no podía registrarse correctamente)
En cuanto a la app B2B /Wholesale Solution, comentar que es sencilla de utilizar e intuitiva, pero si no te aclaras, no te preocupes porque puedes contactar siempre con el equipo técnico que estará dispuesto a ayudarte lo mejor posible.

The application worked decently (was a bit slow showing prices at times), but two time updates were made to the application which made our site unusable and we lost many sales. These updates seemed to have been pushed live without much testing from the BSS team. We contacted the BSS team and they were unaware that their application broke our site checkout. They stated that their app was not responsible. 4 days later, they followed back up and said they in fact did see multiple errors in the B2B/Wholesale app that caused our site to break. After issues like this happened twice, we pulled the application from our site because it was not worth the risk of it constantly breaking and bringing down our site.

Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience caused so far and thank you for your valuable report so that we can improve our app to be better.
Secondly, because the B2B scenario is complicated and there might have some conflicts between the app and your theme/other apps so it takes some time for us to detect the problem.
Now that all are fixed, I hope you can give our app and the team another chance to be helpful to your business.
This is a fabulous out of the box solution. It is a low cost solution and then any extras are available from the same team at reasonable prices. There is a very good trial period allowing you to get it set up and tested without paying a cent. Support is 7+ hours ahead of us but once I worked out the time difference support was excellent. I really got the feeling that I was getting personal one-to-one support. Once the installation is complete the app is very robust.

The application is easy to use, had issues with installation of prices but Jolie Nguyen and Hoang Van Luan helped us with the fixes and quickly fixed the problem. Excellent customer services with a talented developer team
