The app has a lot of functionality in one place, which I really appreciate. It's the only app I found that has a custom pricing function that fits my needs as a wholesaler. And the auto customer tagging is very convenient as well. I also use the Wholesale Registration form. It has been a bit buggy at times, but for the price for the whole package is very good comparative to other apps.
That leads me to the reason I would give this app 5 stars...The customer service is the best I've received using Shopify apps. June Nguyen and dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van have gone above and beyond to respond quickly to my problems and even develop custom solutions to help meet all my needs. Where the app lacks in function, their service makes up for. And I haven't come across a problem yet they haven't helped me fix in the end.

There's a lot of B2B app that I have tried for my shop but this B2B/Wholesale Solution is the best for me. I am satisfied with the delivered result of any problem solving and their support manner.

Of course, we had an individual aproach for our B2B Customers in mind, yet this app delievered the largest part of the needed puzzle pieces. This is a niche app for converting retail prices to wholesale prices, it's effective and straight forward to use, the support team is great and any minor tech issues we have raised have been dealt with swiftly, Jonas on customer support has been great, a brilliant app for retail stores who also have wholesale customers
