The app has been working great for us so far. We did run into a little issue, but Jonas and Dang NM were very quick to respond and fixed the issue within a few hours. Great app with great support!

Tons of flexibility with this app - it's incredibly helpful for us. We now use a few of the BSS Commerce apps. The B2B/Wholesale Solution has a lot of flexibility built into it - such as setting custom pricing, tagging that to appropriate wholesale customers - and even the functionality around manual orders is quicker than doing it in Shopify directly. I have to say though, the best part is the support team. Jonas, Hoa Xuan Duong and Pham Le Minh Tri are rock stars - I'm not a developer so my knowledge of customizing is limited. But these guys really jumped in and took on my requests, treating my business as their own. They helped me create the wholesale experience I wanted - quickly and accurately. Even providing suggestions for improvement along the way. Highly recommend the app and their support.

This app is great. Does everything we need it to for our business from Quantity Breaks, Order minimums, B2B registration and more. The support is unmatched as well. Joy and the entire support team are extremely patient, prompt and helped us every step of the way to get the result we wanted. I am extremely happy with their app and would recommend to anyone doing B2B through Shopify!

My questions were fairly basic and arose because I was new to using the app. The chat help line was very quick, helpful and patient with my questions. All issues were quickly sorted and the little videos they sent me helped enormously. I could not be more happy with the scope of options the app offers and the immediate assistance to help even a beginner user. I can't wait to and explore and incorporate more features.

What makes an app is the support and these guys have been first class, even during Lunar New Year - thank you guys :-)

I have been using BSS for nearly a year now to help us drop-ship goods through our customers. For the price it is an absolute no brainer - Works really well and the support has been fantastic. Big thank you to Emma for helping me with some tweaks...I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of trying this system.

Great app and nice services. we have bought and tried Shopify wholesale apps. B2B/Wholesale Solution is a powerful and easy-use app we meet. When the app cannot be compatible with our Shopify theme have display errors. June and their dev Phong and Binh to quickly fix the problem, We are happy that enjoy quick response services.

June and the developers provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, and the shopify app itself is working perfectly.

They are very helpful and solve the problem very quick. I wrote them the problems that I was having through email and they responded to it the same day and solved the problems the next day.
