I recently used B2B/Wholesale Solution app and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. Not only did the app work seamlessly, but the customer service team jumped on a call with me and walked me through the entire process of configuring and integrating the app with my Shopify store. Their willingness to go above and beyond was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a user-friendly solution and outstanding customer service!

Jena and the BSS team were amazing! I encountered a handful of snags and speed bumps, and they displayed patience, provided informative assistance, and promptly addressed and fixed every problem I had on the site. They even got on the backend of my site and corrected problems instead of just sending me to a help blog like most app do.. I initially considered a free wholesale app, but their prompt and solution-driven service became the decisive factor for me. I am choosing to stick with them because I trust that they will be there to help resolve any problem that may arise in the future.
This is really the one app, that you need if you need to turn Shopify into a B2B shop.

The support for this app is also great, they are in a different timezone, but they come back to me with a solution within 1 day to all of my problems so far.

I am loving this app and there are still so many features that I haven't even enabled yet. I tried another wholesale app before this and I'm glad I made the switch because this app gave me exactly what I was looking for. I had some issues with my form and the customer service was exceptional! I definitely recommend!

Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! I don't usually write reviews but BSS support team gives me a second thought about this time. i will continue collaborate with you guys and if I may have any further issues, I will be more than happy to come back to you guys again.
