This app allows you to enable the functions you need for your business and has straight forward instructions on how to enable them. I looked around at a number of apps that could give me the functions I required for a wholesale pricing solution. I settled on this app as it had the most flexible functions; registration form, custom pricing (lots of flex with the conditions!), varying tax treatment, and varying shipping cost rules which is important with larger orders generated with wholesale and can be tailored to a customer type via a customer tag. - plus many more functions I will probably use in the future. I was also pleased to solutions for extra charges which is handy to add to my retail store for larger or heavier items. The app also adds discount pricing codes and bogo and rules surrounding the usage of those which is very handy.
When there is a lot of function, complexitity can be an issue and it did take me a little while to figure it out, but I got there (and I'm one of those people to hate to read instructions - but there is a lot of written instruction if you need). But the best part is the very helpful and responsive support I've received from Emma and the technical assistance from Nguyen Ngoc Hai who installed the app and a few small customizations. If you have a basic understanding of theme code, you can easily follow their instructions, but so good to have their support and get it up and running correctly the first time. Its not the cheapest app, but its packed with function that's given me some more ideas of how I can improve my store. I definitely recommend.

We've only used the app during the trial period, so couldnt comment much on the features of the app. However, we totally forgot the cancel the subscription and got charged of it. Steph was really super nice to help us talk to the mgmt to provide a refund.
Initially, we only got a 50% refund. But steph managed to persuade her mgmt to give us a full refund! Really thankful for that! Thanks Steph! The app is what we are looking for, will consider subscribing to it !

I highly recommend this App. I have ever tried several Apps. I don't have any coding background. Other App always requires me to copy and paste the code. I was lost and had no idea at all. This is the easiest and the most convenient one. All I need to do is install the APP. Also, they have fantastic customer service. It makes me feel I don't only buy the products but also the service. Nguyen Quoc Cuong and Jonas provide me with instant technical support to resolve my issues.
